Jason has used principals of mindfulness as well at his training in effective communication to help couples find new ways of understanding each other's needs and wants. At HPL our principal is to never simply settle with being "ok". Most couples wait until they are in crisis before they take steps towards improving their situation. These coaching sessions are fun and playful means of deepening a relationship and forming solid foundations for growth.

Business / Corporate Coaching:
Jason is certified in corporate coaching and pure form coaching. Through his systematic process you can find the means to organize you wants and needs and create the life you desire. You will be given the tools to set manageable goals and support through to completion. Jason will also introduce you to Neuro-linguistic Programming to help eliminate those saboteurs in your life.
