Jason began his journey of mindfulness at a young age. When he was twelve years old, walking past a book fair, Jason picked up a book called “Mind Control”. Although this book did not grant the supernatural powers he may have hoped for at the time, it set him on the path of meditation and self-realization.
After working hard for years to live up to the expectations of others in pursuit of “success”, the stress and pressure built up and he recognized that the path he was on did not resonate with who he truly was. He sold his possessions, quit his job, and left his old life behind. He set out to see the world and to discover what happiness really meant. Over the course of two years, living with indigenous peoples, exploring different cultures and seeing the world, Jason got to see how people from all walks of life view and deal with stress, and what happiness meant to them.
Upon returning from his travels, Jason knew his calling was to share what he learned and to allow his inner self to guide his path. He started Keynote Speaking, opened a yoga studio, and started offering Mindful Life Coaching.
